Aloha Tiger Salad
Ingredients (serves 2)
1 cucumber, seeded and sliced into thin 2-inch strips
½ bell pepper, seeded and sliced into thin 2-inch strips
1-2 stalks celery, sliced into thin 2-inch strips
4 green onions thinly sliced
(Remember you can add what you have on hand for your vegetables)
1 handful of cilantro, stemmed
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
¼ tsp red pepper flakes (or 1 seeded and sliced jalapeno pepper)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and check for seasonings.
Chill at least one hour before serving.
