Curry and Garlic Candied Pecans
Ingredients
1 lb pecans
1 egg white
¾ c sugar
1 tsp curry powder
1 ½ tsp garlic salt
1 ½ tsp kosher salt
tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Spread pecans on the cookie sheet and toast for 10 minutes.
In a large bowl, whisk egg white with 1 tsp of water until frothy.
Stir in seasonings and sugar.
Add pecans, mixing to thoroughly coat them.
Return to cookie sheet and bake for 1 hour until pecans are dry, stirring twice.
