Honey Thyme Dressing

Juice of 2 lemons

¼ cup olive oil

2 Tbsp honey

Fresh thyme leaves – about 1 tsp (dried ½ tsp)

Salt and pepper to taste

Put all ingredient in a jar and give it a good shake!
